Adlabs to discuss scheme of arrangement on 29 July

MUMBAI: Anil Ambani Group-controlled Adlabs Films Ltd has said it will consider the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between the company and Entertainment One (India) Ltd, Reliance Unicom Ltd and Mukta Adlabs Digital Exhibition Pvt Ltd on July 29.

Pursuant to the Bombay High Court order, the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Adlabs Films, the subsidiaries and their respective shareholders and creditors, would be considered at a meeting to be held on July 29, the integrated entertainment company informed the BSE.
