I-T checks at actor Arbaaz Khan's office

MUMBAI: After the runway success of 'Dabangg', the Income Tax (I-T) department conducted a survey at actor-producer Arbaaz Khan's office in suburban Bandra.

"It is just a routine check on the advance tax as 'Dabangg' has collected lot of money," Arbaaz said.

I-T sleuths conducted checks at Sohail Khan Productions in Bandra last night.

However, there was no confirmation of the same from the I-T department about the nature of the visit.

Produced by Arbaaz Khan and directed by director Abhinav Kashyap, 'Dabangg', an action film features Salman and Sonakshi Sinha, daughter of Shatrughan Sinha, in lead roles.

'Dabangg' broke all time record at the box office. The movie raked in Rs 47 crore in its opening weekend, exceeding Aamir Khan starrer, '3 Idiots' record of Rs 38 crore.
