New Delhi, Event management player Eventions will open its Rs 38.12-crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on September 30, with the company looking to strengthen its finances and fund expansion of its MICE and corporate events business.

The initial public offering (IPO) will conclude on October 5 and the shares will be listed on the NSE SME platform with a tentative listing date fixed on October 8.

The public offer is entirely a fresh issue of up to 32.30 lakh equity shares priced in the range of Rs 112-118 per share, aggregating to Rs 38.12 crore.


The net proceeds from the offer, around Rs 18.80 crore will be used by Eventions to meet its working capital requirements, while Rs 7 crore will be utilised for repayment of debt, and Rs 1.40 crore will be invested in its subsidiary.

Remaining balance has been earmarked for general corporate purposes.

Incorporated in 2020, Eventions is engaged in the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) and event management business, offering integrated solutions for corporate and institutional clients. It has delivered assignments across India and international destinations.

Its subsidiary, Gantu Online Pvt Ltd, focuses on B2C travel and customised travel experiences.

The Gurugram-based company's financial performance has strengthened over the past three years. Its total income rose from Rs 87.29 crore in FY24 to Rs 100.62 crore in FY26. During the same period, the company's profit after tax increased from Rs 3.29 crore to Rs 7.72 crore.

With an asset light operating model and end-to-end execution capabilities, the company said it aims to deepen its presence across markets, strengthen its client base and capture emerging opportunities in the evolving MICE and events landscape.
