Backed by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, and directed by Aditya Dhar, the film has set new benchmarks across domestic and international markets, driven by massive advance bookings, sold-out shows, and strong franchise anticipation.

As per figures shared by Jio Studios, the film recorded the highest-ever opening weekend for an Indian film globally, with consistent record-breaking collections each day.
Massive domestic and overseas numbers
The film collected ₹466 crore (nett) in India over the extended opening weekend, translating to ₹550 crore gross domestically. Overseas markets contributed an additional ₹211 crore, taking the total worldwide gross to ₹761 crore.
The day-wise performance reflects sustained momentum:
- Paid Previews + Day 1 (Thursday): ₹145 crore (India nett) | ₹52 crore (Overseas)
- Day 2 (Friday): ₹83 crore (India nett) | ₹46 crore (Overseas)
- Day 3 (Saturday): ₹117 crore (India nett) | ₹58 crore (Overseas)
- Day 4 (Sunday): ₹121 crore (India nett) | ₹56 crore (Overseas)
Jio Studios stated that Dhurandhar The Revenge has set multiple all-time records in India, including the highest advance sales, biggest paid previews, and fastest film to cross ₹300 crore domestically. The film also registered unprecedented ticket sales velocity on BookMyShow, with over 109,000 tickets sold per hour at peak demand.
Internationally, the film has delivered the highest-ever overseas opening weekend for an Indian title. It recorded the biggest opening day (excluding Gulf markets) and the highest single-day collections for an Indian film on Saturday.
According to Comscore data cited by the studio, the film ranked among the top performers in major global markets and secured the top position in several secondary territories.

The film also achieved the widest overseas release for a Hindi film, spanning 2,200 cinemas and 3,000 screens. Notably, it expanded into non-traditional markets such as Uruguay, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Chile, Mexico, and Cyprus, reflecting growing global demand for Indian cinema.
Franchise Momentum Continues
The blockbuster opening builds on the success of its predecessor Dhurandhar, which was among the highest-grossing Hindi films globally. With its sequel, the franchise has scaled new heights, delivering record-breaking previews, opening day, and weekend collections.
Calling the film’s performance “unprecedented,” Jio Studios said the release has “rewritten box office history across the world,” setting a new benchmark for Indian cinema internationally.
