Reliance Jio Studios and B62 Studios’ Dhurandhar: The Revenge, directed by Aditya Dhar, continues its run at the box office. It has become the first Hindi film to cross Rs 1,000 crore net in India and has now reached Rs 1,680 crore worldwide gross by the end of Week 3.
After three weeks, the film has maintained steady collections, including on weekdays, and remains one of the highest-grossing Indian films globally.
Despite its massive numbers, Dhurandhar 2 still has a major milestone ahead. The film is currently chasing the lifetime collection of Pushpa 2: The Rule, fronted by Allu Arjun. The Sukumar directorial, which also starred Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, wrapped up its theatrical run after setting multiple box office records. According to Sacnilk.com, it suggests that Pushpa 2 earned around Rs 1,234 crore in its lifetime run, making it a benchmark for recent releases. Dhurandhar 2 now needs approximately Rs 187 crore more to surpass that figure and claim the top spot.
