Colin Trevorrow to direct 'Jurassic Park 4', Steven Spielberg to produce
Steven Spielberg has roped in director Colin Trevorrow to helm the next installment of blockbuster dinosaurs series 'Jurassic Park 4'.
Spielberg, who directed the first two films in the series, will serve as an executive producer on the film.
Trevorrow, behind indie drama 'Safety Not Guaranteed', will direct from a script by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver, the Hollywood Reporter said.
The first three films in the series, which was launched in 1993, have earned USD 1.9 billion at the box office.
Jurassic Park 4 is slated to hit theaters in June 2014.
