A R Rahman to perform in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Oscar-winning musician A R Rahman will perform live here on October 24 as part of 'Rahman Jai Ho' concert.
The show is the second concert as part of the events being held at various places in the country in support of A R Rahman Foundation.
Funds generated from 'Rahman Jai Ho' concerts would go to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund in aid of the recent flood victims, Rahman said in a press conference here.
The music maestro said that he was concentrating on India this year in organising the concerts and has avoided US, UK, and the Middle East.
Rahman has just completed a show in Chennai and he would be doing four more shows after Hyderabad.
This will be Rahman's second major live concert in Hyderabad after February 2002.
