Welspun Corp bags ₹5,500 crore US natural gas pipeline order

Welspun Corp on Friday announced its US subsidiary, Welspun Tubular LLC, has secured an order worth approximately ₹5,500 crore from a major midstream company to supply coated line pipes for a natural gas pipeline project in the US Permian region.

The pipeline will serve a data centre complex operated by an anchor customer that the company described as one of the top-tier global digital infrastructure hyperscalers, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The order will be executed from Welspun's US facility during FY29.

With the addition of the order, Welspun Corp's global order book has reached an all-time high of approximately $5.25 billion, or around ₹50,000 crore.

Shares of Welspun Corp fell 2.96% to trade at Rs 2,362.50 per share, down ₹72.00, on the BSE, an of 10: 10 am on 23rd October 2026.
