RINL Vizag Steel bags order for supplying TMT Rebars for cricket stadium at Agartala

KOLKATA: RINL Vizag Steel (VSP) has bagged a project sales order for supplying TMT Rebars for construction of a cricket stadium at Agartala. The project is being spearheaded by Tripura Cricket Association and the Board for Cricket Control in India (BCCI).

An exclusive rake of 43 wagons loaded with TMT Rebars was flagged off at Rolling Mills in VSP by P Raychaudhury, Director (Commercial) RINL along with P K Rath, ED (Works)I/c, R Nagarajan ED (Services), O R Ramani, ED (Maintenance) and Bala Murali, Area Manager, East Coast Railway, recently.

It marks the first time that steel is directly dispatched from the plant in rakes to any North-east state, a statement issued by RINL said. With its latest initiative, RINL Vizag Steel has entered the market in the North-eastern states in a big way. It comes close on heels of RINL launching a dedicated e-portal for online sales of steel products through MSTC Metal Mandi in the North-east.
