Readymade Steel India to set up units in New Delhi and Raipur

MUMBAI: ReadyMade Steel India Limited has decided to set up new units at New Delhi and Raipur as a part of its expansion programme.

"We have decided to set up new units at New Delhi and Raipur with a capacity of 50,000 MTPA each to cater to our North and Central India-based consumers. We are yet to finalize the location in New Delhi," ReadyMade Steel India's Managing Director, Anil Agrawal, told reporters here.

The company also intends to enhance the capacity at its existing facility at Khopoli, in Raigad district in Maharashtra, Agrawal said.

Readymade Steel India is an ISO 9001:2008 certified steel service provider to the fast growing infrastructure sector. The company has an installed capacity of 27,000 MTPA for processing of steel used in the construction industry, primarily reinforcement bars in various shapes and sizes like cranked bars, stirrups, verticals, column / beam cages etc.

RMS's products are consumed in construction activities and end users include project contractors and real estate developers.
