MUMBAI: Indian steel pipe maker PSL Ltd said on Wednesday its joint venture in the US will invest $103 million for a spiral pipe manufacturing unit in Bay St Louis, Mississippi.
Of the total investment, the company said, $78 million is being raised through issue of 25-year bonds by the Mississippi Business Finance Corp.
