NEW DELHI: A strong plea to stabilise steel prices was made in the Lok Sabha on Monday.
Raising the issue during Zero Hour, Avinash Rai Khanna (BJP) said that small industrial units in Punjab have been hit hard by the skyrocketing prices of steel.
He said unless Government intervenes immediately and effectively, most of the units would close down as the steel prices have risen three times in three months.
