Munna Maharaj ready to cook it up

Kolkata’s celebrated chef and a favourite of the Mittal family, Munna Maharaj may soon find himself busy drawing up the menu for a mega celebration of the Mittal family.

Munna Maharaj, however, refused to give away the possible menu when ET contacted him on Monday. “

The family loves Hindustani cuisine including chaat preparations, roti, sabji and dahi ke items. All this, along with chena ka mithai mixed either with gur or seasonal fruits, could be part of the menu for the celebration,” Munna Maharaj said.

Associated with the family for long, Munna Maharaj had anchored the global cuisine spread at both Aditya’s wedding and Vanisha’s reception.
