MUMBAI: Mukand Ltd has entered into 50:50 joint venture with Belgium based NV Bekaert group to produce stainless steel wires.
The joint venture will invest Rs 100 crore at the Lonand plant in Maharashtra.
On the BSE, Mukand share closed up 1.25 per cent at Rs 82.70.
