It had reported a net profit of Rs 8.47 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in an exchange filing on Wednesday.
The company reduced its expenses to Rs 250 crore from Rs 318 crore in the January-March period of FY25.
The income in the fourth quarter was lower at Rs 266.50 crore against Rs 324.56 crore in the year-ago period.
For the entire 2025-26, the income stood at Rs 1,214.98 crore, up 14 per cent from Rs 1,066.03 crore in FY25.
Gujarat-based Mangalam Worldwide operations range from scrap melting to the manufacturing of seamless pipes and tubes. PTI
