JSW Ispat plans to relocate from West Bengal to Maharashtra
JSW Ispat is planning to shift its registered office from West Bengal to Maharashtra.
JSW Ispat will seek amendment of Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the company proposed be passed as a special resolution through postal ballot.
In a notice sent to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company has said it would receive all duly completed postal ballots by June 14.
The result of the postal ballot will be announced on June 16. Ispat Industries, set up as Nippon Denro Ispat in 1984, has its registered office in Kolkata.
