Electrosteel's lenders decide to support offer by Vedanta
The Committee of Creditors (CoC) to the debt-laden Electrosteel Steels late Thursday chose resources conglomerate Vedanta Ltd as the highest bidder for the company, backing the earlier decision of the resolution professional.
