BHUBANESWAR: The Odisha state pollution control board on Monday slapped closure notices on the captive power and sinter units of Rourkela Steel Plant. SPCB member secretary Sidhanta Das said the Sundergarh district collector has been asked to implement the decision with immediate effect.
