Central induction for SAIL management trainees held at Durgapur Steel Plant

In a program held at DSP’s Centre for Human Resource Development, Somdev Das, executive director I/c, DSP welcomed the new inductees into the SAIL family.

KOLKATA: A central induction program for 43 SAIL Management Trainees - 2015 (Extension Batch) commenced at Steel Authority of India's Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) from January 13, 2016. The trainees will be posted across different SAIL units after a week and a half's induction training at DSP.



In a program held at DSP’s Centre for Human Resource Development, Somdev Das, executive director I/c, DSP welcomed the new inductees into the SAIL family.

Addressing the management trainees, Das said: “SAIL offers excellent career opportunities and massive scope for learning both in technical and managerial aspects”.

Other senior officials of DSP including, R K Sarda, ED (F&A), S K Mishra, ED (Works), Utpal Kr. Pathak, ED (projects), C Srikanta, ED (MM), Kamakshi Raman, GM I/c (P&A) were also present on the occasion.
