Bhushan Steel MD pledges over 4 pc stake

NEW DELHI: Bhushan Steel today said its Vice Chairman and Managing Director Neeraj Singhal has pledged 4.66 per cent stake in the firm on March 7.

Brij Bhushan Singhal, the chairman of the company, has also pledged 3.02 per cent stake in the firm on March 7, the company said in a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

As on December 31, 2010, promoters' stake in Bhushan Steel was at 69.15 per cent.

Shares of the company closed marginally down at Rs 430.35 per share on BSE today.
