Atul Srivastava takes charge as Director Personnel of SAIL

Atul Srivastava has taken charge as Director Personnel of Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) on March 12, 2018. Prior to joining as Director (Personnel) of SAIL he held the position of Executive Director (P&A) at SAIL’s Durgapur Steel Plant, an official statement released on Wednesday said.

Srivastava joined SAIL as a Management Trainee (Technical) at Bhilai Steel Plant in 1985. A Mechanical Engineer from IIT, Kanpur he holds a PG Diploma in Management with specialization in HR. He has over 33 years of experience in HR matters, both at Corporate and Plant level, in dealing with diverse areas like HR Policies, Manpower Planning, HRD/OD Interventions, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Initiatives and IR Management.
