Essel Propack launches 'Etain' in India
Global packaging company Essel Propack, promoted by Essel group launched 'Etain' - a fully recyclable plastic packaging tube in the Indian market.

NEW DELHI: Global packaging company Essel Propack, promoted by Essel group on Thursday launched 'Etain' - a fully recyclable plastic packaging tube in the Indian market.
Etain, has been created with an objective to reduce the amount of plastics in tube packaging, a company release here said.
The plastic packaging tubes are typically used by FMCG companies for packaging various types of hair care, skin care, pharmaceutical, food products besides cosmetics.
"We are partnering in this effort with our MNC customers so that FMCG companies are also able to fulfill the need for lesser packaging along with Retail Giants" Essel Propack Managing Director and Vice Chairman Ashok Goel said.
The new pack has been made from a combination of virgin and recycled plastic material.
The new Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) tubes will be recycled under Code 2 norms defined by the Society of Plastic industry, the release further said.
