Naidu lays foundation for ₹1.36 lakh crore ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel India plant in Andhra

Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu has laid the foundation for a ₹1.36 lakh crore ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel India plant in Anakapalli. The 17.8 MTPA project will be built in two phases and generate around 1 lakh jobs. A captive port is also planned, positioning the region as a key steel and logistics hub.
