Three coal mines in Madhya Pradesh to start soon: Union Coal Minister Piyush Goyal

Union Coal Minister Piyush Goyal today said that South, North Mandla and Siyal Ghoghri coal mines in Madhya Pradesh would start soon.

CHHINDWARA: Union Coal Minister Piyush Goyal today said that South, North Mandla and Siyal Ghoghri coal mines in Madhya Pradesh would start soon, adding a revenue of Rs 27,204 crore to the state kitty.

"South, North Mandla and Siyal Ghoghri mines will be started soon and Madhya Pradesh would get a profit of Rs 27,204 crore once these mines become operational," he said at a function here.

Blaming Congress for the wash-out of Monsoon session of Parliament, he said that former Union Minister and senior Congress leader Kamal Nath - who represents Chhindwara in the Lok Sabha - has'nt done any developmental work in the area.

Congress was upset because of the developmental schemes introduced and implemented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said.

The Prime Minister has introduced a scheme under which a loan of Rs 10 lakh will be provided to youths for starting their own ventures, he informed.
