RINL, MOIL ink JV for setting up a ferro-alloy plant
Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) and Manganese Ore (India) Ltd (MOIL) have inked a JV agreement for setting up a ferro-alloy plant at Bobbili Growth Centre in Vizianagarm district of Andhra Pradesh.
The agreement was signed on Thursday by P K Bishnoi, chairman and managing director of Rinl and K J Singh, chairman and managing director of MOIL.
The plant will produce ferro- manganese and silico- manganese and will ensure supply of ferro alloys to RINL, which is currently expanding its capacity to 6.3 miliion tonnes.
