PESB recommends Sumit Deb for top job at NMDC

KOLKATA: Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Sumit Deb for the post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director at the NMDC Limited.
Deb currently holds the position of Director (Personnel) at the mining major.
The PESB, which is responsible for selection of candidates for top positions at public sector companies made the announcement on its official website on Tuesday.
This was after the PESB had interviewed a total of eight candidates including Deb, for the top post at the mining major at a meeting held on February 18, 2020.
