"Around 1240 million tonnes of coal and 675 MT basalt will be mined from this coalmine," she said.
Meanwhile, the West Bengal Chief Minister also announced the formation of a new state-level Investment Synergy Committee during the Bengal Global Business Summit.
"The committee, aimed at addressing investment-related issues, will serve as a one-stop, time-bound clearance mechanism to resolve all problems," Banerjee said.
The committee will be headed by the Chief Secretary, and the committee will meet fortnightly.
"We are number one in women empowerment. No mandays have been lost. We have stopped gheraos and blockades as it is negative impact in industries. Without employment our young generation cannot survive," Banerjee said.
Banerjee said that Bengal is safest and smartest investment destination.
