Magadh Open Cast mine inagurated

Senior officials of Coal India Limited and its subsidiary Central Coalfields Limited were present during the inauguration of the biggest coal mine in Asia.

RANCHI: The Magadh Open Cast mine, Asia's largest mine, in Chatra district was today inagurated.

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das and Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Energy, Coal and Renewable Energy Piyush Goyal inaugurated the mine online from Ranchi.

Senior officials of Coal India Limited and its subsidiary Central Coalfields Limited were present during the inauguration of the biggest coal mine in Asia.
