D C Garg takes over as Western Coalfields's CMD
Dinesh Garg on Tuesday took over as the new chairman-cum-managing director of Western Coalfields Limited.

NAGPUR: Dinesh Garg on Tuesday took over as the new chairman-cum-managing director of Western Coalfields Limited.
He succeeds G S Chugg who retired on Monday.
Prior to his appointment at Western Coalfields, Garg was Director of another coal India subsidiary, Bharat Coaking Coal Limited (BCCL) at Dhanbad.
With an experience of over three decades in coal companies, he had earlier worked in WCL and Northern Coalfields Limited, Singrauli, in various capacities.
Talking to PTI, Garg said WCL has been accorded the status of 'mini nava ratna' company by the coal ministry and his endeavour would be to take it to newer heights.
