MUMBAI: Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd has decided to develop an IT park/ housing township in Hyderabad and will purchase 25 acres of land for Rs 118 crore for the same.
The site is located near Hyderabad's Hitech City and the company is looking to fully diversify into real estate and infrastructure development activities with this project, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company has also initiated a housing project on 52 acres of land in Vizag along with Salarpuria of Bangalore, Bhagyanagar Metals said.
The current clients of the group include Microsoft India (R&D) Pvt Ltd, Oracle Software (India) Ltd, Motorola India, Fusion Cybertech Pvt Ltd, Matisse Network (India) Ltd, Patni Telecom Solutions Pvt Ltd and D E Shaw.
The shares of the company were trading at Rs 64.50, up 4.37 per cent on the BSE.
