Bhagyanagar Metals acquires 25 acres of land
Secunderabad-based Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd on Thursday said it has completed the acquisition of 25 acres of land at Gadchibowli, Hyderabad through its wholly owned subsidiaries.

MUMBAI: Secunderabad-based Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd on Thursday said it has completed the acquisition of 25 acres of land at Gadchibowli, Hyderabad through its wholly owned subsidiaries.
The company completed the acquisition of the land through its 100 per cent owned subsidiaries - Bhagyanagar Properties Ltd and Scientia Infocom India Ltd, Bhagyanagar Metals informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Earlier in June this year, the company entered into an agreement for purchase of 25 acres at land for Rs 118 crore for development of IT park or housing township.
With this project the company would be fully diversified into real estate and infrastructure development activity.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 72.85, up 3.55 per cent at the BSE.
