Bhagyanagar India raises Rs 68 cr through FCCBs
Cable manufacturer Bhagyanagar India Ltd on Monday said it has raised Rs 68.18 crore ($15 million) through the allotment of 150 zero coupon unsecured FCCBs to London-based Portman Square.
MUMBAI: Cable manufacturer Bhagyanagar India Ltd on Monday said it has raised Rs 68.18 crore ($15 million) through the allotment of 150 zero coupon unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) to London-based Portman Square.
The 150 zero coupon unsecured FCCBs due on 2011 of $100,000 each has been listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange with effect from October 12, Bhagyanagar India informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company successfully completed the issue and allotment of FCCBs with a conversion price of Rs 44 to Portman Square, it added.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 33.70, up 1.35 per cent on the BSE.
