Welspun-Gujarat bags Rs 120 cr order

MUMBAI: Welspun-Gujarat Stahl Rohren has bagged orders worth Rs 120 crore for the supply of ERW line pipes in Southern Europe. The Welspun's order book stands to Rs 4,659 crores. "This order has reinstated Welspun's position as a significant player in the competitive European market. The company look forward to more such orders in the future and enforce Welspun's credibility and strive towards Engineering Excellence," said BK Goenka, Vice Chairman and MD of the Welspun . At 1:01 pm, Welspun-Gujarat shares were down 2.75 per cent at Rs 464.35 on BSE.
