Welspun Corporation bags Rs 819 crore orders

MUMBAI: Welspun Corporation, a large diameter pipe manufacturer, today said it has bagged orders worth Rs 819 crore from overseas and domestic markets.

Welspun Corporation has won pipes orders worth Rs 819 crore from international and domestic markets. With the addition of these orders, the current order book of the company stands at Rs 10,000 crore, the company said in a statement.

"These major orders from the Middle East and domestic markets re-emphasise the company's leading position and customer reach in the global pipes market. We continue to strive and deliver superior products and customer service, and thereby strengthen our market position," Welspun Chairman B K Goenka said.
