Valecha Engineering today said it has bagged a road project involving an investment of about Rs 196 crore in Uttar Pradesh.

NEW DELHI: Valecha Engineering today said it has bagged a road project involving an investment of about Rs 196 crore in Uttar Pradesh.


"Valecha Engineering has bagged a project worth Rs 195.73 crore," the company said in a filing to BSE.

The infrastructure firm will widen the 53-KM stretch of the state highways in Uttar Pradesh to four lanes.

The project involves "widening to four lane of Etawah- Mainpuri-Kurawali State Highway in District Mainpuri at Uttar Pradesh."

Shares of the company were trading at higher by three per cent at Rs 53.15 apiece on the BSE in late afternoon trade.
