TIL rolls out 5000th crane

KOLKATA: TIL [formerly Tractors India] celebrated a landmark achievement on December 09, 2007 when it rolled out its 5000th crane from Kamarhatty plant.

The company has been actively involved in the infrastructure sector and is amongst the country’s leading providers for a wide range of technology intensive equipment.

TIL's cranes are used in all the core sectors like construction, mining, defense, refineries, steel, and power.

For TIL, 5000th crane is not just an achievement in number, it signifies the company’s
long journey of excellence, of its constant customer commitment, and of delivering
the right solutions at the right time.

The occasion was celebrated at TIL’s Kamarhatty plant in Kolkata where the 5000th crane was unveiled amidst a spectacular show. The event was attended by all senior members of Manitowoc Crane group- TIL’s technology partner. The crane was handed over to Reliance Petroleum.
