Texmaco signs MoU with UGL of Australia

KOLKATA: K K Birla group company Texmaco has signed an MoU with UGL of Australia for setting up a joint venture.

The scope of the JV would cover design, manufacture and supply of locomotive bogies, frames, wagon components for both Australian and Indian markets, Texmaco Executive Vice-Chairman Ramesh Maheshwari said in a statement.

UGL is a leading retail solutions provider in Australia.
