Tecpro Systems bags Rs 120 crore order

NEW DELHI: Engineering, Procurement and Construction company Tecpro Systems today said it has bagged a Rs 120 core order from Andhra Pradesh Power Development Company for a coal conveying system of 2X800 MW Sri Damodaram Sanjeevaiah Thermal Power Station (SDSTPS) at Nellore.

"Tecpro Systems will undertake design, engineering, manufacturing, erection, testing and commissioning of External Coal Conveying System and equipment to be installed between Krishnapatnam port to SDSTPS plant Crusher House," the company said in a statement.

The company provides comprehensive range of services in coal and ash handling, Balance of Plant (BoP) packages for Power Sector and Material Handling to Steel, Cement, Ports, Mining and other industries in Infrastructure sector.

Commenting on the development, company's Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Amul Gabrani said, "Our unique presence across the value chain makes me confident that once the macro-economic situation starts improving, we will be at the forefront to capitalise on the vast opportunities given our robust order book and proven execution capabilities."
