Techno Electric allots securities to Citigroup
Techno Electric and Engineering Company Ltd on Wednesday said will allot equity shares and warrants to Citigroup Venture Capital, a Foreign Institutional Investor for Rs 61.88 crore.
MUMBAI: Techno Electric and Engineering Company Ltd on Wednesday said will allot equity shares and warrants to Citigroup Venture Capital, a Foreign Institutional Investor for Rs 61.88 crore.
The board of directors of the company at its meeting on Wednesday approved the allotment of equity shares and warrants on preferential basis to Citigroup Venture Capital International Growth Partnership Mauritius Ltd, Techno Electric informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company would allot 79,34,600 equity shares to Citigroup Venture Capital International Growth Partnership Mauritius Ltd, at Rs 70 per share and 7,93,460 warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares at Rs 80 per equity share, it added.
Techno Electric would also allot 65,400 equity shares to trustees - Gautam Nayak and Keshav Bhujle, at Rs 70 each and 6,540 Warrants, convertible into same number of equity shares, at Rs 80 per equity share.
Checons Ltd, promoter group Company, was alloted eight lakh warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares at Rs 80 per equity share.
