Tata Technologies expands partnership with Tenneco in $100 million deal

Mumbai:Tata Technologies, an engineering and digital services company and Tenneco LLC have expanded their global partnership through a strategic engagement valued at more than $100 million over the next five years, strengthening collaboration on engineering, digital technologies and business transformation, the company said in a statement.

The engagement will leverage Tata Technologies' engineering talent in India, with work anchored at its Global Engineering Center in Pune. The collaboration will focus on accelerating product development, improving operational performance and deploying AI-enabled engineering and digital capabilities across Tenneco's global operations.

The latest agreement expands a partnership that began in 2021, increasing Tata Technologies' role in supporting Tenneco's global operations.


Tenneco, which supplies components and systems to original equipment manufacturers and the automotive aftermarket, said the expanded engagement would strengthen its engineering capabilities and improve its ability to respond to changing customer and market requirements. Tata Technologies will provide engineering research and development, embedded software and digital enterprise services under the agreement.
