The company in a press release said the work included surveying, design and drawing, and a host of other services such as “Construction of RCC Intake well cum Pump House, supplying and laying Raw Water Rising main, supplying and installation of Centrifugal Pump Motor, VT Pump Motor, Construction of staff quarters and connections to rural houses” to rural towns in the state.
The order will be executed within 3 years, and the company will operate and maintain the installations over 5 years. Commenting on the order, T. Shivaraman, Managing Director & CEO of Shriram EPC Limited, said: “This repeat order wins widen the scale of operations and presence in India and adds to order backlog. We are excited with the traction in the segment and aim to leverage our presence and track record as we pursue opportunities from urbanization taking place across the nation.”
