JAMSHEDPUR: RSB Transmissions on Tuesday said it is in talks with a German firm to float a joint venture (JV) company at an initial investment of Rs 13 crore to manufacture high-speed trailers.
"We are likely to sign an agreement within the next two months to set up unit for complete trailer assembly facility," RSB Group Managing Director S K Behra said here.
However, he refused to divulge details about the German company or the stake it was planning to hold in the joint venture company till the agreement was signed.
