Rolta acquires TUSC for $45 mn
Engineering and geospatial services firm Rolta India Ltd on Wednesday announced the acquisition of TUSC for $45 million.

MUMBAI: Engineering and geospatial services firm Rolta India Ltd on Wednesday announced the acquisition of TUSC for $45 million. The acquisition is expected to contribute to Rolta's earnings in the current fiscal year ending June 2008, it said in a statement.
Chicago-based TUSC is a consulting company for business software applications. In 2007 its revenues were more than $48 million with a compounded annual growth rate of more than 30 percent over the past four years, it added. More than half its revenue comes from renewals from existing clients.
