Petron Engineering recommends 10% dividend

Petron Engineering Construction Ltd on Monday declared a dividend of 10 per cent for the year ended March 31.

MUMBAI: Petron Engineering Construction Ltd on Monday declared a dividend of 10 per cent for the year ended March 31.

The board of directors at its meeting held today recommended dividend of Rs 1 on shares of Rs 10 each for the fiscal 2005-06, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Petron Engineering has posted an increase of 9.62 per cent in net profit at Rs 10.12 crore for the year ended March 31, as compared to Rs 9.62 crore in the previous year.

Company's shares closed at Rs 167, up 3.92 per cent at BSE on Monday.
