Metso to supply equipment to Assmang in South Africa
Metso Minerals, said it would supply crushing equipment to Assmang Ltd for its Khumani iron ore mine in the Northern Cape of South Africa.

MUMBAI: Metso Minerals, today said it would supply crushing equipment to Assmang Ltd for its Khumani iron ore mine in the Northern Cape of South Africa.
The value of the order is around Euro 10-mn, a press release issued here said. The order comprises four large cone crushers for the Khumani mine's expansion phase.
These crushers would act in secondary and tertiary applications to complement Metso's crushing equipment that was ordered and commissioned during the first phase of the project.
The delivery would be completed during the second quarter of 2010.
Metso is a global engineering and technology cporporation with net sales of Euro 6-bn in 2007.
It serves customers in the pulp and paper industry, rock and minerals processing, the energy industry and selected other industries.
