McNally Bharat bags Rs 733 crore contract from ACC

NEW DELHI: McNally Bharat Engineering today said it has bagged a contract worth Rs 733 crore from ACC Ltd for construction and installation of a cement plant.

"The company has received an order from ACC Ltd for onshore supply, civil construction and installation & erection of New Jamul Cement plant," McNally Bharat said in a filing to BSE.

The order has a contractual delivery period of 30.5 months, it said.

McNally Bharat Engineering, a leading engineering firms in the country, is engaged in providing turnkey solutions in the areas of power, steel, aluminium, coal washing, among others.

Earlier the company had said its Board has gave approval to raise up to Rs 120 crore through non-convertible preference shares in one or more tranches.
