McNally Bharat bags Rs 38.3 cr order
McNally Bharat Engineering Company has bagged an order worth Rs 38.3 crore from Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd for execution of an ash handling plant.

MUMBAI: McNally Bharat Engineering Company has bagged an order worth Rs 38.3 crore from Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd for execution of an ash handling plant.
The company secured the order for turnkey execution of the plant for 2X250 MW CFBC (Circulating fluidized bed) Boiler from Neyveli, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The EGM held recently approved the proposal to raise $10 million through Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) including a green shoe.
The shareholders also approved issue of convertible warrants to promoters or associates.
The shares of the company were trading at Rs 111, up 2.97 per cent at the BSE.
