Manmohan Singh dedicates two projects of BHEL to Tamil Nadu

PM dedicated BHEL's Rs 1,000 crore High Pressure Boiler Plant Unit-II, a greenfield initiative, and the Rs 300 crore power plant piping unit.

THIRUMAYAM (TN): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday dedicated two projects of PSU BHEL in this town at Puthukottai district.

Singh dedicated BHEL's Rs 1,000 crore High Pressure Boiler Plant Unit-II, a greenfield initiative, and the Rs 300 crore power plant piping unit.

Both will provide employment to about 8,000 people.
