L&T bags orders worth around Rs 2,000 crore for constructions
The company said it also bagged add-on orders for some of its existing projects in the heavy civil infrastructure and metallurgy and material handling space.
The company said its water and effluent treatment business has secured an engineering, procurement and construction order from the West Bengal Public Health Engineering Department, funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB) for construction, operation and maintenance of a project in the Nandigram-I and Nandigram-II blocks of East Medinipur, West Bengal. The project aims to provide continuous water supply to the Nandigram area and will involve automation system that will limit water losses in the system to desired levels.
The company said it also bagged add-on orders for some of its existing projects in the heavy civil infrastructure and metallurgy and material handling space.
