MUMBAI: Engineering and construction major, Larsen and Toubro Ltd on Wednesday said it has got the shareholders approval for amalgamation of Datar Switchgear Ltd with itself.
The shareholders approved the issue of one equity shares of Rs 2 each of L&T to the shareholders of Datar Switchgear through issue of postal ballot, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The shares of the company were trading at Rs 1830, down 0.71 per cent at the BSE.
